It's the French prime minister's wife, Carla Bruni Sarcozy. She used to be a very famous fashion model before having Mick Jagger's baby and breaking up Mick and Jerri for good. Then she married the French dude a few years ago.
The "busted" part is Michelle letting her true belligerent and bitter self get caught by the camera.
Wait, I take that back. She didn't have Mick's baby. That was another model that did that. She WAS considered to be the reason behind Jerri and Mick breaking up, as well as suspect with Donald Trump and Marla Maples too.
