History Repeating Itself Over and Over...
Forty-nine years ago during the Kennedy/Nixon debates, Senator John Kennedy said that he would only meet with Khrushchev once agreements had been reached on the secondary level with ambassadors. As president, he reversed himself and secretly sent the Soviet leader a message asking for a meeting. When the summit occurred in Vienna just after the Cuban Crisis, an ill-prepared Kennedy sat for hours as Khrushchev lectured him on the superiority of communism over the excesses of capitalism. Kennedy later confided to Time Magazine columnist James Reston that he felt like he'd been "beat up."
Today seems like old times.

JFK was really out of his league on foreign policy. As is B Hussein.
Best part of my day yesterday, my Captain, was hearing that Putin spent an hour lecturing Obama on the Cold War, and that Obama had to just sit there and take it.
Awesome. He got schooled.
