Sometimes it all seems like it's going to turn out very nicely....

...like when I'm sitting here at the kitchen counter, sipping a glass of wine, writing some thank-you notes, loving the way a gift looks in my kitchen or something. And a certain piece of music comes on the reception music playlist that I'm testing out, and the leaves are falling outside.... and I imagine what a nice moment it will be when that song plays at the reception, and when I see the Captain smile at me over some cake, and us knowing that we are married.

Amid all the rushing around and very un-romantic errands and chores this week, sometimes there are moments when I'm struck once again with how nice it's all going to be and how happy we are.

On a completely unrelated note, is that Sara in the pumpkin picture down about September 1?

Nah, that's just some pic I found on the net and cropped down. I have no idea who she is. I just thought it was cute, hiding behind a pumpkin.

Yeah, I think I'm on autopilot mode now, SASOB. I'm just coasting and going with the flow. If somethings comes crashing down, then it just crashes and we step over it. I'm tired of details. What happens, happens. I just wanna get married and eat some cake.

Yeeee! One more day. I'm both glad AND relieved. All this preparation and organizing is getting old. I swear we should have eloped.
